2023届本科毕业留学生电子图像采集缴费的通知（境内留学生）
各学院、2023届本科毕业留学生：
本次通知针对在境内的2023届本科毕业留学生，境外学生具体安排另行通知。
根据中国教育部办公厅、新华社办公厅（教学厅[2002]5号）文件精神，所有高校毕业生的电子图像信息与学历证书信息一起上网供社会查询，2022年10月26日新华社浙江分社已统一来校采集，并提供8张2寸彩色照片用于毕业证书和学位证书的制作。请当天参加图像采集的留学生按以下标准和流程完成缴费（费用收齐后将全部汇给新华社，为了避免耽误制作进度，请大家及时缴费）：
1、采集费用标准：20元/人。
2、收费对象：已参加了2022年10月26日集中拍摄的境内留学生。具体名单见附件1。

3、缴费时间及流程：
缴费时间：2022年11月1日-2022年11月5日
缴费流程：支付宝二维码缴费，具体步骤请见附件2。缴费过程出现问题的，请及时前往所在专业学院，在专业学院指导下操作。

Notice on Payment for Electronic Image Acquisition of 2023 International Graduates (For Students In China)
Nov. 1st, 2022
To all colleges and 2023 international graduates it may concern:
This notice is for 2023 international graduates in China. For International graduates abroad, the specific arrangements will be notified separately.
According to the Office of Chinese Education Ministry and Office of Xinhua News Agency document (order No. 5[2002] of Teaching Office), all college graduates need to send information of electronic image and of education certificates online for social inquiry. Zhejiang branch of Xinhua News Agency has collected graduates’ electronic images on campus on October 26 and will offer eight 2 inch chromotypes to make graduate certificate and diploma. International students who have partcipated in the electronic image acquisition please complete the payment according to the following process (all fees will be remitted to Zhejiang branch of Xinhua News Agency, so please pay in time to avoid delaying the image production progress)
1、The cost is 20￥ per capita.
2、International students who have participated in the electronic image acquisition on October 26, 2022. Please see the attachment 1 for the payment list.

3、Payment time and process.
Payment time: November 1, 2022 - November 5, 2022
Payment process: Alipay QR code payment, please see the attachment 2 for the specific steps. If there is any problem with the payment process, please go to your major college in time and operate under the guidance of the major college.
